Administrative Aide
Trust Women, a reproductive justice organization dedicated to restoring access to the Midwest and South, seeks an administrative aide.
Job Description: Trust Women seeks an administrative aide for a small office environment. The aide will be a key staff member working with and reporting directly to the Founder and Director. The aide will be responsible for basic office managerial duties, including managing supplies and operations, administrative organization, large-scale mailings, volunteer management and occasional scheduling and travel arrangements. The aide will also have the opportunity to help plan and staff major events.

Qualifications: First and foremost, Trust Women seeks someone excited to learn and grow with the organization, committed to working hard in an open, fun, and enjoyable environment with a small but dedicated staff. Other qualifications include:
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Must be comfortable with mailings and mail-merge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter able to work under minimal supervision when necessary
- Experience managing volunteers and/or interns preferred
- Experience with scheduling preferred
- Experience with administration or office management preferred
- Multiple language skills a plus but not required
- Good attitude is a MUST!

Trust Women Internships
Trust Women is seeking interns who are unequivocally pro-choice, self-motivated, energetic, and eager to work in the women’s rights movement. An internship with our small, but growing pro-choice organization will help you gain invaluable working experience.
An internship with Trust Women will give you hands on experience working for a national women’s rights organization. Internships are on a continuing basis; there is a minimum of 10 hours per week required for an unpaid internship and 20 hours per week required for a paid internship.
Trust Women has the following intern programs: Policy, Communications, Political, and Development.
