On April 18, 2016, the House considered the First Conference Committee Report and decided to adhere to the Reccess, no further Conference Committee Result being reached.

On May 11, 2016, the Senate considered House Adherence, and the result was to Adhere.

The Senate considered the report on the First Conference Committee Report and Adopted the Committee Report, Repassing the bill on April 15, 2016.

Similarly, the House considered the report on the First Conference Committee Report and Adopted the Committee Report, Repassing the bill on April 18, 2016.

On April 26, 2016, the bill was signed by the Colorado Speaker of the House.

The Presdident of the Senate signed it on April 27, 2016, after which it was sent to the Governor of Colorado.

The Governor signed the bill into law on May 04, 2016.

            HB16-1101 was introduced in the Colrado house on January 19, 2016 and refered to the House Health, Insurance, & Environment Committee on the same day.

On March 03, 2016, the House Health, Insurance, & Environment Committee refered the bill with amendments to the House Committee of the Whole.

On March 14, 2016, the Second Reading in the House was laid over to March 16, 2016 with no amendments.

The Second reading continued to be laid over until March 24, 2016. The bill passed the Second Reading in the House with Amendments.

On April 01, 2016, the Third Reading passed in the House with no amendments after being laid over from March 30. It was then introduced in the Senate and assigned to the Health and Human Services Committee.
