“Governor Brownback has taken it upon himself, yet again, to forcibly place his fringe beliefs upon the backs of women of this great state.  We all know that the intent of these laws is to eliminate abortion, not to keep abortion clinics safe.  It is game-playing, dishonest governing and not the kind of moderate, practical governing that Kansans have always known to represent their state.  The women in this state deserve better.”
