Beginning last night and continuing into this morning, the House debated the Pence Amendment that was added to the House Continuing Resolution to fund the federal government.  True to form, anti-abortion activist Rep. Mike Pence added an amendment to the HCR that would ban all federal funding for Planned Parenthood. Unfortunately, this amendment passed 240-185 this afternoon.  Despite this seemingly inevitable conclusion, here are four female legislators standing up for American women and families.
